Easy E-Stores Terms and Conditions

• auStores will here-in after be known as the vendor, while you the client shall be known as the Hirer.
• The Vendor agrees to hire an Easy E-Store to the hirer on the understanding that all income generated from the display of any Merchant Catalogs, Text Advertisements or Banner Advertisments will be the property of the Hirer, and shall be paid direct to the Hirer through their associated personal Affiliate Publisher accounts.
• The Hirer agrees not to attempt to, and not to alter, edit, hack, modify, copy, borrow, or steal any of the source code contained in the software system known as Easy E-Store.
• The Hirer also agrees NOT to provide access to their Easy E-Store account for other may gain access to or compromise the Easy E-Store system
• The Easy E-Store software system and source code contained there-in always remains the intellectual property of auStores and CodeAustralia, and is NOT for release into the public domain.
• Easy E-Store rentals will be billed each following month, with payment being due in full within 7 days. Accounts not paid within the 7 day grace period will have all internet access automatically suspended.
• Hirers with high traffic demands may exceed their bandwidth limit. Additional bandwidth will only be charged at the rate of $5.00 per gigabyte. Excess Bandwidth consumption will be billed seperately, and due within 7 days or incur suspension also.
• Suspended accounts shall incur a re-establishment fee of $20.00 AUD in addition to any outstanding arrears, before access is restored to the hirer's Easy E-Store.
• Domain Names registered by the vendor are not transferrable to another site other that the Easy E-Store the domain name was intended for.
• Easy E-Store cannot be installed on another server, and will always remain hosted on our servers to preserve our intellectual property.
• Easy E-Store acounts are not accessible by cPanel, Plesk, Webmin, FTP, nor SSL.
• The Hirer agrees not to intentionally promote the Easy E-Store domain name with sites or links pertaining to child pornography, pornography in general, hacking, cracking, warez, or any other site deemed illegal under Australian Common Law.
• Any Hirer found breaching the condition in the line above, will have their account cancelled immediately, with NO refunds nor liability accepted by the Vendor, nor any further discussion being entered into.
• In the event of the Hirer cancelling the agreement, the Hirer shall be required to give 14 days notice of intent not to renew the following month.
• The Vendor provides a 14 day money-back guarantee should the Hirer be dissatisfied with the product, and will provide a full refund of the first months hosting and licensing fee of $60.00 AUD. The initial setup fee of $210.00 AUD is NOT refundable due to outlaid associated establishment fees.
• The Vendor agrees to provide a reliable hosting environment on the vendor's dedicated servers. The Vendor shall not be liable for any loss of income to the hirer in the event of network outages, data center or server failures.
